Uganda is one of African country that are greatly affected by the Gaddafi fund issue on the African continent , early this year , local papers here in Kampala reported that Gaddafi owes Uganda over $300m invested in both private and government enterprises .
Uganda has been noted as a great ally to Gaddafi regime , and its one of African country that protested against the UN's "no-fly zone " in the beginning of Libyan revolution . beside persistantly

President Museveni has been seeking the AU intervention through dialoguing both Lybian conflicting parties and public ally denouncing his side in the battle for Lybia.

Museven came to power after a 6 year civil war in 1986 after which he conducted an int rem government for 10 years ,
in 1995,he then changed the 1965 constitution which he urged that was over manipulated by former "dictator" in Ugandan community hence terming it as un fair piece of law abided innocent citizens in community .
He later contraindicated him self with his own constitutions , as he subttaged with his limit in power through the use of law makers in the year 2005 .
since then several political illusion has been erupting in the region and most recent is effects of Walk to work campaign lead by Dr Kizza Byesigye ,A Uganda is most pronounced opposition leader since 2001 against Museveni regime .
