Tense in Uganda,

 Col Kizza Byesigye  a renown  rival in Museven regime has been arrested  for the 4th  time in less than 14 days  while  walking  with Ugandan locals in a walk to work exercises this morning .

Byesigye was heading  to  the country's main prison  Luzira to  visit the prior victims of walk to work demonstration and its development in  Kampala


.work to walk is an initiative for Ugandan political  pressures group  that's commonly  known as A4C "Activists For Change "  and the group was launched here in Kampala early this year and its  main object is to foil  Musevine   life time presidency  .

A4C  claim Uganda is  to face an  economic disaster if Museveni and his ruling party  the  National resistance movement [NRM] does not pay attention to escalating prices in basic commodity ,  an controlled corruption  among Museveni high ranked official  coupled with in human tax policies  imposed to the locals .



UGANDA AND ITS HISTORY
Uganda is one of  low developed  countries  on the African continent  and its  allocated in Saharan  region . Uganda gained its independence in 1962 from  British colony  .And since then its has been headed by 7 rulers  with its  longest  being Gen. Yoweri  Kaguta Musevi from 1986-update    and  the shortest  being Paulo Muwanga from May 12th -20th 1980  .



how ever Since the  1962  independence , Uganda 's political change of power has been characterized with civil  and most recent of  war is a fading Kony war in Northern Uganda .
 its current is Regime is  27  years old   with leader ship of Present Museveni , Uganda  most lived and leader of 1981- 86  coupe in the   region .
